GEWI Sp. z o.o., founded in 2021, will take the core business of GEWI GmbH (GEWI) across the national border to Poland and ensure further growth in the marketing of green electricity. Poland offers interesting opportunities for the marketing of electricity from renewable energy sources: In 2020, the Polish government announced that at least 23% of gross final energy consumption should come from renewable energy sources by 2030. As a result, it is expected that many new generation plants will be built in Poland.
