Great Place To Work supports companies in 170 countries in analyzing, optimizing and presenting their corporate culture. Through comprehensive surveys and in-depth analyses, the institute provides valuable insights into employer attractiveness.

The certification is based on a confidential employee survey that is representative of the workforce. The process continues with a questionnaire on corporate culture, which is completed by the HR department of the audited companies, the so-called Culture Brief. This two-stage process is based on a globally recognized and scientifically sound methodology, which has now confirmed the high standard of working conditions at GETEC ENERGIE.
