German Diversity Day: GETEC ENERGIE stands for diversity and inclusion.

German Diversity Day has been initiated by Charta der Vielfalt e.V. since 2012. Under this year’s motto, “When diversity wins, we all win,” companies and institutions publicly demonstrate their commitment to diversity and to a respectful, bias-free work culture.

“At GETEC ENERGIE, we see diversity and inclusion as integral parts of our corporate culture,” emphasizes Cord Wiesner, Spokesperson of the Management Board at GETEC ENERGIE. “We create an environment in which people can contribute, grow, and realize their full potential – regardless of background, gender, age, identity, or life journey.”
