Getting active together: GETEC ENERGIE at the B2Run 2026 in Hanover
Hanover, June 10, 2026 – GETEC ENERGIE GmbH (GETEC ENERGIE) once again took part in the B2Run in Hanover this year, combining sporting activity with a strong sense of team spirit.
The B2Run is one of Germany’s largest corporate running event series, bringing together thousands of employees from a wide range of companies every year. In Hanover, the route once again led around Lake Maschsee and concluded with an atmospheric finish inside the Heinz von Heiden Arena.
With great motivation and athletic ambition, 47 GETEC ENERGIE runners successfully completed the approximately 6.5-kilometer course. They were supported by numerous colleagues who created an uplifting atmosphere along the course and at the finish line in the arena. After the run, the team came together at the stand to round off the evening with delicious snacks and refreshing drinks.
“The B2Run has now become an established tradition at GETEC ENERGIE,” says Cord Wiesner, Spokesman of the Management Board of GETEC ENERGIE. “Taking part each year creates shared memories that connect us beyond our day-to-day work.”
