GETEC ENERGIE improves its Great Place To Work® score once again

GETEC ENERGIE’s overall Great Place To Work® rating this year is 94 percent, which is 3.6 percentage points higher than last year’s result. Employees particularly appreciate the friendly interactions, fair treatment, mutual trust, and strong team spirit. In addition, flexible working conditions – such as remote work and flexible hours – as well as the freedom to work independently are especially valued.
