Our customer portal is the place to view and manage all your energy data. Always keep an overview of all your consumption points - regardless of the time of day or the day of the week. Curious? Then here is an overview of the most important functions and benefits of the GETEC ENERGIE customer portal.

Portfolio report

The highlight of our customer portal is the portfolio report, which provides you with a detailed overview of the composition of the monthly settlement price. On the one hand, you can see the breakdown of the forward market, third-party and spot volumes for the respective settlement month, together with prices and euro amounts, as well as the resulting portfolio price. In addition, you will receive an annual overview with actual values for the past months and forecast data for future delivery months.For a more in-depth analysis, we also provide our customers with an hourly or quarterly view of all the variables mentioned in the monthly overview. In addition, you will receive further detailed information on electricity products purchased from us linked to renewable energies (Power Purchase Agreement, PPA) or any information on the standard trading products purchased.

Load profiles

You receive a comprehensive overview of your load profile data, which you can conveniently display and export directly to Excel. Flexible filter options by year, month, week or day enable precise evaluation. You can also compare your consumption by year or between different supply points to analyze your energy efficiency.

Invoices

Our customer portal offers you a clear display of the invoices for your delivery points. You can easily view the invoices and download them as PDF files. Queries or complaints about an invoice can be clarified directly via the portal by clicking on the letter icon on the right-hand side of the invoice. This ensures that your concerns are processed quickly and efficiently.In addition to individual invoices, you can also see an overview of all invoices issued with their respective details and booking items. You can use this data for your internal processes, such as invoice approval, or for further analysis.

The security of your data is our priority.

The responsible handling of our customers' data is of central importance to us. On the one hand, we of course adhere strictly to the statutory regulations. On the other hand, information security plays a key role for us as an energy service provider. In order to manage this professionally, we have introduced an information security management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017 for the operation of our internal IT applications, the data center and our virtual power plant. We have this regularly reviewed by external auditors.

Master data overview

In addition, we offer you a detailed overview of all relevant master data in our portal. This includes contract number, customer number, system number, address, RLM/SLP, Market Location ID (MaLo) and Measurement Location ID (MeLo), meter number, grid operator as well as the start and end of delivery of the delivery points. The voltage or pressure level of your systems is also listed. Various filter options make it easier to navigate and evaluate your master data so that you can search specifically for the information that is relevant to you.

Registration and deregistration of delivery points

Subject to compliance with the conditions agreed in your contract you can request the registration and deregistration of your supply points directly via the portal and receive an overview of current registrations and deregistrations in the master data report. Meter readings can be entered directly in the portal, which simplifies the management of your consumption data.

Market information

In addition, we provide you with a weekly market report with information on current market developments in the portal for downloading.
