INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION ACT

Consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code) can apply for arbitration proceedings at the conciliation office for energy to settle disputes. The prerequisite for the implementation of the dispute resolution procedure is that our customer service department has been called first and no mutually satisfactory solution has been found.
